Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to lead our property sourcing efforts. You'll be the eyes and ears of our acquisition team, responsible for finding off-market and listed properties that meet our investment criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential investment properties through MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other platforms
• Analyze property data including comps, ARV, and market trends
• Maintain and update property databases and spreadsheets
• Communicate with agents, wholesalers, and sellers to gather property details
• Monitor new listings and price changes daily
• Assist in lead generation and CRM management
• Prepare property summaries and reports for review

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate or property sourcing (preferred)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with real estate platforms and tools (MLS, Zillow, PropStream, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
