We are seeking Clinical Director - BCBA to become a part of our team!

Job Summary :

The Clinical Director BCBA oversees and manages the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensuring ethical and evidence-based care. This role provides leadership, supervision, and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff while developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders. The Clinical Director ensures compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and insurance standards and fosters strong collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress and organizational success.

Qualifications :

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical leadership or management role within ABA services.
• Stable employment history with no frequent job changes.
• Strong skills in supervision, program development, and staff mentorship.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical, regulatory, and insurance compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
