Registered Nurse Quality Improvement Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Regulatory QI Program Elements and ensure compliance with CMS requirements

Manage QI Committee activities and lead cross-departmental improvement initiatives

Supervise a team of QI professionals, providing coaching and professional development

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in Medicare Advantage or similar managed care setting

Deep knowledge of CMS MMCM Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 requirements

At least 3 years of leadership experience, including direct team management
