Job Summary : As a Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for assisting the Lead Service Technician. You also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work.

Responsibilities

• Performs duct cleaning at residential locations
• Helps the Lead Service Technician set up
• Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services
• Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
• Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
• Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
• Helps the Lead Service Technician breakdown after services are completed
