Job Opportunity : Construction Project Manager

Location : Tampa & Saint Petersburg, FL

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities : Project Management Oversight :

  • Oversee residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients
  • Ensure all projects meet budget, quality, and timeline requirements
  • Manage permitting processes and compliance with local regulations
  • Use company platforms (HouzzPro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Handoff AI) for tracking and reporting
  • Provide daily end-of-day project status reports including progress, issues, and next steps
  • Participate in up to one scheduled daily meeting (virtual or in-person) as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and upload required site photos and notes daily

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess :

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to innovate.
  • A high level of ambition and drive, eager to take ownership of their role and contribute to the companys growth.
  • Prior experience in residential construction or renovations is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of construction project management, budgeting, and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Houzz Pro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Handoff AI.

    Proven experience managing construction projects in Florida

  • Strong knowledge of permitting, inspections, and construction regulations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to furnish own tools, vehicle, and equipment
  • Proficient with project management software and digital reporting
