Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation : Weekly commission-based pay with uncapped bonuses Industry : Supplemental Insurance / Client Services Position Overview We’re currently expanding our national remote team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to launch a career in customer success.

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options and ensuring they receive top-tier support—no previous experience required.

This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible remote work, a strong support system, and a fast-paced environment where growth and development are encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls Answering questions and guiding customers through their benefit options Keeping client records up to date and organized using internal systems Delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset Collaborating with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow What You Bring You’re 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

No previous insurance or customer service experience?
