About the Role

Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years' of experience in career services, employer relations, or talent development, with a focus on leadership and supervision. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 15 years' of equivalent experience is acceptable. The role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong data fluency. Preferred qualifications include experience in a business school or graduate-level higher education setting and familiarity with industry-standard career management and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of employment trends relevant to business school graduates.
