Position Summary :

Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake / Discharge Coordinator & Assistant to support the smooth transition of clients entering and exiting our behavioral health programs. This role is vital in ensuring continuity of care, accurate documentation, and a welcoming experience for all clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a deep respect for confidentiality and client-centered care.
