Position Overview : The Supply Chain Manager II will play a key leadership role in supporting the subcontract management function for the MST Business Area. This position goes beyond traditional subcontract administration by incorporating team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and legal compliance at the highest standards. The focus of this role includes supporting systems and sensors integration, aircraft modification programs, and software agreements with potential licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will manage strategic supplier relationships, provide mentorship to team members, and ensure regulatory and auditing compliance critical to program success. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in subcontract management, the Supply Chain Manager II will oversee innovative procurement strategies, mitigate program risks, and uphold technical and contractual performance standards to help deliver MST's mission of affordable, turn-key solutions across multi-domain platforms.

Responsibilities : This Manager position will be responsible for leading a team of individual SCAs and SCMs, a group of individual contributors accountable for the overall life cycle of a subcontract, from the initial sourcing and acquisition strategy development through the solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution, and closeout steps. At SNC, the Subcontracts function covers a variety of customer segments, including the Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Federal Government, Commercial, International Governments, and Commercial. We support an incredibly diverse landscape of technologies, development, production, technical & professional services, sustainment, and repairs. Subcontracts leverage various subcontract types (i.e., firm fixed price (FFP), cost reimbursement (CPFF, CPIF), time & material (T&M), etc.) to best manage risk for SNC and our Primes.

This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs. Estimated Starting Salary Range : $113,428.57 - $155,964.28. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education / training / certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
