Civil Construction Estimator

Job Description

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator for our client in Statesville, NC.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of field experience, particularly in heavy civil projects, road widening, and utilities relocation. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our projects, ensuring all aspects of the work are accounted for and priced correctly.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings as necessary.
• Monitor and update cost databases and estimation tools.
• Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide ongoing support to project teams during project execution to ensure costs align with estimates.

Pay is $105-115k / year!
