You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer's unique situation, and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes.

• Provide Tax Expertise : Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Embody a community ambassador mindset to cultivate a robust customer base. Serve as the local face of your profession, actively engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently : Enthusiastically represent yourself in your local community. You will confidently take on the role of public figure with guidance and resources provided.
