Our client is looking for a  Director of Education  in North Carolina, in whom will manage educational programs, policies, and staff. They may also lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and work with community members.

Responsibilities

• Program development : Plan, organize, and develop educational programs, policies, and procedures
• Curriculum : Lead the development of curriculum and provide guidance to staff
• Staff management : Supervise staff, including part-time and temporary staff
• Communication : Communicate with community members, parents, and school personnel
• Reporting : Prepare and maintain reports and statistics
• Budgeting : Assist in preparing budgets for programs and monitor expenditures
• Liaison : Serve as a liaison between schools and various departments
• Training : Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff and members
• Coordination : Coordinate with other directors, agencies, and departments
