Description
Responsible for assisting in the development and managing the company’s Aftermarket and Service activities, including business plans in the assigned region. These responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with the company’s Channel Partners, Channel Partner Managers, and key account decision-makers in early identification of opportunities, including forecasting and the development of strategic sales plans (individually and in collaboration).
This position is also responsible for assisting in developing a budget and firm proposals and securing orders either directly or in coordination with Channel Partners, Channel Partner Managers, and other FSC Sales representatives from End Users, EPC’s, and Consulting Firm accounts throughout the assigned region
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Confers with Channel Partner Managers to assess equipment needs and to determine aftermarket and service support requirements. Align Channel Partners with FSC Aftermarket & Services to share common goals.
- Works with Sales Leadership & Marketing to grow revenue and increase profitability within the Aftermarket & Service business to meet long-range goals and objectives.
- Creates monthly metrics and dashboards to track progress on revenue, margin, and performance of the assigned region, including Channel Partners.
- Proactively work with CSR’s to ensure reasonable and timely responses to all customers.
- Keep Salesforce updated with opportunities, updated site contacts, and all asset information. Monthly review and analyses of activities and forecast data with appropriate team members to determine performance against goals and objectives.
- Creates competitive pricing analysis of parts, service, and warranty to guide Channel Partners for best positioning of sales activities.
- Reviews operations of competing organizations and provide guidance for sales programs as well as assist Product Management in the development of new markets.
- Submit a weekly itinerary and monthly 30 / 60 / 90 forecasts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
