We have partnered with a premier pest control solutions provider to support their expansion and growth efforts within the local communities. Our mission is to educate the community on pest prevention programs and resources, designed to create a safer community, utilizing strategies and products safe for customers, homes, and the planet.

We are in immediate need of a Business Enrollment Trainee to join our growing firm, to assist with these expansion efforts, in the local community of Tampa. The Business Enrollment Trainee will be the liaison between our client and the community, educating customers on pest prevention programs, enrolling them in appointments with a pest technician for further evaluation, and overall driving sales to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention.

The Business Enrollment Trainee will be a professional and passionate individual, driven to achieve sales goals, and focused on providing solutions to customers on their pest control needs.

The daily responsibilities of the Business Enrollment Trainee are :

Evaluate leads based on their potential to qualify as a customer, ask questions, address concerns, and identify opportunities to present our products and services as a solution to their pest control needs.

Actively listen to customers' needs, offering our products and services, helping them with the sales enrollment setup for a full evaluation with a pest technician.

Create meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and fostering trust, driving customer loyalty, and achieving sales goals.

Collaborate with other Business Enrollment Trainees to design customer engagement and sales campaigns that will reach a broader audience.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with customers post-sales to receive feedback, adjusting the sales strategies for future outreach campaigns.

The ideal Business Enrollment Trainee will have a strong work ethic, a personable attitude, and a strong desire to help people. Other qualifications and skills we are looking for are :

A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required

0-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or customer enrollment position is preferred.

A passion for delivering solutions, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to accurately deliver information to customers.

Willingness to expand knowledge and learn new skills.

Previous experience in a Pest Control position is not required - we provide training!
