Position Overview Setting : 100% onsite (no telehealth) Schedule : Monday-Friday (day shift only) Call : No call Weekends : No weekends Patient Load : Average of 18 patients per day Facility Size : 99 inpatient beds Team Structure : 2 Psychiatrists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Required Patient Population / Treatment Disorders : Anxiety disorders Affective disorders ADD / ADHD Eating disorders Personality disorders Developmental disorders Psychotic disorders Required Skills : Familiarity with involuntary commitments Proficiency in pharmacotherapy EMR : WellSky Candidate Requirements Board Status : Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (within 0-5 years of residency) Licensure : Delaware license or willingness to obtain DEA - must be obtained prior to start (no exemptions) CSR / CDS - must be obtained prior to start (no exemptions) BLS - required (or willing to obtain) Compensation & Benefits Salary : Competitive; to be discussed during interview (provider may submit salary expectations) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Why This Role?
