Business Systems Analyst

Need someone with Capital Marketing, Investment banking experience OR State Street (Client) experience

We would like to initiate a new search for a Business Systems Analyst to fill a recent vacancy. This is for a role on a team that is working on producing automating marketing materials for existing and prospective clients. This person should be able to work the full set of business hours as we do in Boston.

• The BA should have experience working with agile methodologies.
• JIRA/Confluence experience great but those can be taught.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, supporting buy-side technology. Ideally, experience working within asset management.
• Strong technical skills including an intermediate level proficiency working with SQL and databases. Experience working with different reporting platforms and performing data analysis.
• Ability to consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future state business environment.
• Strong communication & presentation skills both verbally and written.
• Ability to lead work on a team and drive it to completion.
