Overview : Join a dedicated healthcare team in a busy outpatient clinic serving the Southeastern United States region. This role supports both administrative and clinical needs of physicians and licensed medical staff, ensuring smooth patient care and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and well-being at all times.
• Accurately document patient care and interactions during visits and phone communications.
• Collect and process point-of-care, lab, and pathology samples following established policies.
• Perform quality and safety checks on waived testing equipment and supplies.
• Provide patient education under provider guidance.
• Administer treatments, dressing changes, medications, and therapies as ordered by licensed providers.
• Assist providers during procedures and examinations, including chaperoning and setup.
• Prepare reusable instruments for sterilization and manage biohazard and pharmaceutical waste per OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment by adhering to infection prevention standards.
• Manage supply inventory in designated areas.
• Perform front desk duties such as greeting patients and scheduling appointments.
• Support billing and coding processes by assisting with ICD and CPT input.
• Coordinate with external healthcare partners to implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and respond to electronic communications in a timely manner.
• Conduct components of well visits or physicals as directed.
• Complete required documentation prior to provider visits.
• Perform high-level disinfection procedures as needed.
• Flexibly float to other clinics as assigned.
