Location : Ashburn, VA. End Client : DHS / CBP. Work Schedule : Hybrid (1-2 times a week onsite). Clearance : DoD TS or CBP BI. Education : Bachelors Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Look at the language and architecture, understand security implications, and be able to ask questions and talk to the security team.
  • ConOps support; assist with documentation (e.g., user guides); support monthly project updates (e.g., application releases or new prototypes) and monthly newsletters / themes.
  • Discuss Kubernetes cluster function / utility with a non-technical audience.
  • Support knowledge management and regular communications for the project.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Good working experience with AWS.
  • Experience reviewing architecture with a security focus; technical skills / experience with cloud infrastructures.
  • Data scientist with skillsets in writing regular communications and knowledge management.
  • ConOps support; ability to flex between ISO-like work (PTAs, PIAs, risk acceptance / ATO) and writing educational information about new releases.
  • Support with documentation (e.g., user guides).
  • Ability to discuss Kubernetes cluster function / utility in an approachable way for less technical audiences.
