  • Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day : No ambulatory work
  • Number of Interventional Cardiologists in Group : 2
  • Will Other Interventional Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage? Yes
  • Patient Age Demographic : Adult patient population
  • Documentation System / EMR : Epic

    • SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certified - REQUIRED
  • Active KY License & DEA - REQUIRED; willing to consider IMLC if provider has 3-7 days / month availability
  • ACLS - REQUIRED
  • COVID Vaccine - Preferred
