Job Description

Hotel Blackhawk Spa is looking for a new Barber / Hair stylist to join our team. You must have a current license to cut hair and have completed a barber training program. While we focus on men's hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers. You must have strong communication and customer service skills; we want all of our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become regular customers. Commission and Salary based. $250.00 Sign on bonus after 6 months of hiring.

Barber / Hair Stylist Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments
• Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling they want
• Cut and style clients' hair to their specifications
• Engage in friendly conversation with clients
• Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition
• Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients
