Job descriptionService Setting : Outpatient Reason For Coverage : Supplemental Coverage Period : Sep 2, 2025 - Ongoing Coverage Type : Clinical only Shift Schedule : 4-5 days per week; 8a / 830a-430p / 5p Stevens Point : 2 days Wisconsin Rapids & Langlade : 1 day each Patient Volume : 14-28 per day Patient Demographics : Adults & children Duties : Pre-surg consults / follow ups / ear cleanings / ear pain, etc. Required Procedure : Trauma Level : III EMR : Epic Other Info : APC Wouldn't be involved in the provider procedures. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered WI License or wiling to obtain BC BLS
