Team Member Role : A Team Member at Tono Pizzeria is essential to delivering a quality customer experience, supporting various restaurant functions, and embodying our core values. - Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Food Preparation : Assist in preparing and assembling menu items following Tono’s standards.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation : Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all health and safety regulations.
- Cash Handling : Process payments accurately, handle cash, and maintain security of the cash register.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Reliability : Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.
- Adherence to Company Policies : Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Inventory Management : Restock items as needed.Opening and Closing Duties : Complete opening / closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations.Assistance in Training New Team Members : Provide guidance to new team members as needed, ensuring they understand job expectations and responsibilities.Skills / Competencies :
