This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Designer in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate the visual identity of digital experiences, from web pages to marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every digital touchpoint is clear, intentional, and human-centered. The position blends creative vision with hands-on execution, requiring both design expertise and technical proficiency in digital tools. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency while innovating and iterating on visual experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, balances creativity with discipline, and has a strong attention to detail that elevates the brand experience.

Accountabilities :

  • Conceptualize, design, and build digital updates and pages within WordPress, ensuring responsive performance and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate brand strategy into marketing materials and digital experiences.
  • Create compelling visuals for web, email, social media, and campaigns using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Manage HubSpot assets, including landing pages and campaign templates, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, digital component libraries, and brand guidelines.
  • Apply strong design principles—typography, hierarchy, spacing, and balance—to all deliverables.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver projects efficiently and on-brand.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for design improvement, process optimization, and visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital or marketing design.
  • Expertise in Figma, WordPress, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong grasp of digital design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and accessibility.
  • Proven ability to implement updates directly in WordPress while balancing creativity with technical feasibility.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project organization skills.
  • Preferred : experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B industries; familiarity with HTML / CSS; understanding of UX principles, SEO, and analytics for iterative improvement.
