Production Operator
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team in manufacturing rubber aerospace parts. The role involves operating a rubber stamping press and performing visual inspections on finished parts used primarily in military helicopter rotors and other associated aerospace equipment.
Responsibilities :
Operate a rubber stamping press.
Perform visual inspections on finished parts to ensure quality.
Place parts in the press and remove them after processing.
Be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
Lift up to 50-75 lbs as needed.
Essential Skills :
Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in visual inspection of parts.
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Experience operating a punch press.
Familiarity with using micrometers, calipers, or other measuring devices.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Work Environment :
Work in a clean, general manufacturing environment equipped with extrusion machines and automated equipment. The role initially involves working a 6am - 2pm shift for the first 120 days, transitioning to a 2pm - 10pm shift post-contract.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $25.44 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
