Job Summary This role will work closely with key Field Technical teams, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other key partners. In this role, you will focus on solution development by delivering design and deployment guidance for enterprise storage and cutting-edge workloads. You will need to work cross-functionally to create whitepapers, reference architectures, technical presentations, solution briefs and blogs. The successful candidate has a passion for keeping up with latest industry technology. You will also work extensively in the IT lab to maintain and configure equipment for testing and solution work.

Work with technical marketing engineers and product managers to ensure maximum performance, reliability and automation of our deployments and infrastructure Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Work with engineering teams on integration efforts Develop deployment automation, packaging for the NetApp Enterprise Storage solutions Identify tasks and areas where automation can be applied to our solutions to achieve time efficiencies and risk reduction. Debug and troubleshoot issues with lab environment and the automation stack. Respond to customer or field inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, Engineers as required Test and develop solution documentation to integrate NetApp storage with key 3rd party technology partners. Develop resources to enhance education and effectiveness of technical field personnel on NetApp products. Capabilities
Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner, tailoring the message to the audience, including both verbal and written communications. Expertise in one or more infrastructure areas – compute, network, storage Presentation skills will be a plus Education
