Director Of Fp&a Consolidations
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director Of Fp&a Consolidations to lead the consolidation of financial statements and drive analytical insights across our North America Ecommerce business. This role will oversee SG&A, inventory, balance sheet, and free cash flow (FCF) consolidation, while supporting data analytics, dashboard creation and reporting packages for cross-functional finance teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence strategic outcomes through robust reporting and forecasting.
How you will make an impact :
- Own the creation and consolidation of Ecommerce P&L, Balance sheet, and FCF statement
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and packages to provide visibility into financial performance for leadership consumption
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across SG&A, inventory, and capital metrics.
- Partner with Revenue and VCM Finance teams to provide data analytics support and enhance forecast accuracy.
- Drive vertical analytics initiatives to improve predictive capabilities and scenario planning.
- Standardize reporting processes and identify gaps in current forecasting methodologies.
- Provide actionable insights to business and finance leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Support special projects focused on FCF improvement, inventory optimization, and SG&A efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team including senior analysts to build a high-performing FP&A function.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across finance operations.

Deep expertise in financial consolidation and forecasting methodologies.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and synthesize large data sets.Proficiency in building and scaling reporting dashboards and financial models.Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.Skilled in scenario planning and predictive analytics.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA / CFA preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidations, or corporate finance.Strong understanding of P&L management, balance sheet forecasting, and cash flow modeling.Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.Experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer-facing businesses is a plus.Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.Experience building and developing high-performing teams is a plus.At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty. The salary for this position is between $215,000 and $240,000 per year, in compliance with California's salary transparency requirements.
