Staffing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented PSF Staffing Consultant to join our team. In this full-desk role, you will be responsible for both business development and candidate recruitment, managing the entire staffing lifecycle from lead generation to placement and beyond.

Responsibilities :

Business Development :

Proactively identify and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.

Consult with clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and hiring goals.

Present staffing solutions and negotiate contracts and terms of business.

Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Recruitment :

Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within the professional services sector.

Utilize a range of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.

Qualify candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations to ensure a strong match with client requirements.

Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, and provide timely feedback.

Negotiate offers and close placements.

Account Management :

Maintain strong relationships with both clients and placed candidates.

Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service.

Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to better advise clients and candidates.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in a full-desk recruiting or sales role.

Strong business acumen and a hunter's mentality for new business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.

A high degree of professionalism and a commitment to ethical business practices.
