Description :

Unit staffing includes a Director, Manager, and a Supervisor / Charge Therapist per shift.

Regular staff is also present.

The type of equipment used includes High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers.

Documentation is managed through a specific system.

There is a floating policy to provide coverage for regular adult floors, including nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc.

Advanced skills required include current NICU / PICU experience.

Respiratory Therapists provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases utilizing advanced technologies and medication delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, critical thinker, focused on patient care, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to change.

A multidisciplinary approach to patient care is essential.

The required uniform is light gray, also known as silver.
