As a TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes while upholding Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

About the Role :

In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location, providing in-person and virtual services using Intuit TurboTax products. You will utilize your tax knowledge to deliver full-service tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and software support. Understanding each customer's unique situation and connecting with them personally is vital to easing the stress often associated with taxes. Whether aiding with straightforward W2 filings or navigating complex situations like business income, amendments, or investments, you will be the go-to expert for your clients.

Moreover, you will play a crucial part in expanding TurboTax's client base by establishing long-term relationships within the community and boosting customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with a clear playbook, essential tools, and dedicated support to ensure your success.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments. Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, reduce tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Adopt a community ambassador mindset to develop a solid customer base for TurboTax. Engage actively with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach and local events, supported by TurboTax.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax enthusiastically within the community. You will confidently assume the public-facing role with support from Intuit, hosting educational events and participating in marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
• Build Relationships : Connect with individuals, demonstrate empathy regarding their financial concerns, and foster long-term trust to turn a one-time transaction into a sustained relationship.
• Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Provide an exceptional customer experience with a focus on professionalism and a genuine interest in helping clients meet their financial goals, whether saving for retirement, education, or vacations. Communicate with customers in person and through Intuit's advanced video tools to address inquiries effectively.

Additional Requirements :

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with excellent performance-based rewards. Expected base pay ranges from $26.20 to $36.10, depending on location and experience. This position includes cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans. Pay will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
