Construction Estimator Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Estimator Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The ideal candidate would be familiar with heavy civil engineering and bidding work that includes underground utilities such as water, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer, including new installations and rehab projects. Projects may involve road rehab, new construction, storm water channel rehabilitations, large grading / dirt projects, and similar endeavors.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to ensure reasonable costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
