An Ollie's retail store manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire store. They build and lead associate teams who are passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. Primary Responsibilities include providing financial oversight, demonstrating exceptional associate and customer service, executing company strategies for merchandising and inventory, being a talent grower, and maintaining proper security of the store location.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
