Job descriptionAt 180-Days (6 months) : $2,000.00 At 12 months : $1,500.00 Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE) 100% employer-paid health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, Rx, and 24 / 7 telemedicine access Profit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan available Generous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and more! Maintain and update patient medical records including vital signs, treatments, medications, and immunization records Prepare for patient visits by reviewing files, ensuring reports are available, and collaborating with Providers for effective scheduling and continuity of care Maintain exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, and assist physicians during exams Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medications, and perform assigned clinical responsibilities Minimum high school diploma or GED Completion of an accredited medical assisting program (1-year certification / diploma or 2-year Associate Degree) from CAAHEP or ABHES, with at least 720 training hours and 160-hour clinical externship 1 year of experience as a CMA preferred CPR certification required within 90 days of hire Must hold Medical Assistant Certification or interim certification from the WA State Department of Health Medical knowledge to understand theories and technical aspects of healthcare Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and situations Excellent multitasking skills to handle varied workloads Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR systems

Position Highlights
- Hourly wage : $22.29 - $32.83 depending on experience
- Additional pay for bilingual skills
- $5,000.00 Hiring / Retention Bonus Structure :
