Overview

A Colorado boutique law firm practicing criminal and civil law has an opening for a civil litigation associate with civil litigation and personal injury experience.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on cases that involve managing civil litigation, resolving legal disputes on clients' behalf by developing agreements, negotiating, and settling claims.
• Advocate for clients in court and build strong client relationships to provide an excellent client experience.
• Develop discovery plans and draft both requests and responses to written discovery.
• Handle case reporting, assessment, and strategy; manage own files / matters where possible.
