Kentucky Licensed Client Service Manager

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager (Real Estate).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate client information and provide day-to-day client support

Manage files and ensure accuracy of account information for policies and billing

Leverage technical knowledge to ensure timely carrier quotes and assist with inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and / or claims management experience -OR- High School degree / GED with 3+ years of client service and / or claims management experience

Property and Casualty License

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Appropriate licensing as required

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred
