Description

Join a team that puts client experience at the heart of every decision. This role focuses on building strong relationships while serving as a point-of-sale expert for deposit and lending products. You'll engage in individual and team sales strategies, receive comprehensive training on Washington Trust Bank's products, and develop top-tier service and regulatory knowledge to support both internal and external clients.

Location : Post Falls Branch - 1601 E Seltice Way Post Falls, ID 83854

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 15 AM - 6 : 15 PM and Saturday 9 : 45 AM - 2 : 15 PM; Schedule may vary, must be flexible. Regular, reliable attendance required.

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients, gaining their trust and respect by providing accurate and timely service and information.
• Provides high quality service, retention, development and expansion of client relationships.
• Works with other bank personnel to proactively meet client needs in an efficient manner across all departments.

Pay Range :

Personal Banker I-II : $20.00 to $25.72

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Post Falls, ID. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
