- What Youll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments of childrens physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development
- Design and implement customized treatment plans to meet each childs unique needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and successful outcomes
- Empower families with adaptive strategies and tools that support their childs independence
- Document evaluations and treatment progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
- Stay current on pediatric OT best practices and evidence-based approaches
- What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters in Occupational Therapy (from an accredited program)
- Current Indiana OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Pediatric experience preferredbut we welcome new grads with a heart for working with children
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- A team-first mindset and a passion for child-focused care
