• What Youll Do
• Conduct thorough assessments of childrens physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development
• Design and implement customized treatment plans to meet each childs unique needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and successful outcomes
• Empower families with adaptive strategies and tools that support their childs independence
• Document evaluations and treatment progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
• Stay current on pediatric OT best practices and evidence-based approaches
• What You Bring
• Bachelors or Masters in Occupational Therapy (from an accredited program)
• Current Indiana OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Pediatric experience preferredbut we welcome new grads with a heart for working with children
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• A team-first mindset and a passion for child-focused care
