Yard Worker : Osceola, Wisconsin

Our customer in Osceola, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Yard Workers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas, operating equipment, managing waste disposal, and ensuring the yard is always in optimal condition for operations.

Responsibilities of the Yard Worker :

• Clean up outdoor areas, ensuring all debris and litter are properly removed and disposed of.
• Pick up flying garbage or debris, maintaining a clean and organized yard.
• Wash and sanitize containers and other equipment used in yard maintenance.
• Ensure proper waste disposal by sorting materials and following recycling protocols.
• Operate and maintain outdoor equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and trash collection tools.
• Assist with the general upkeep of the yard and grounds to ensure a safe and presentable environment.

Yard Worker Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Yard Worker : Starting at $20 / hour.

Yard Worker Benefits :

Type : 1st Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am – 4 : 00pm.
