What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Customer Success Associate?

• Support new AT&T Business clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth service activation and product setup across digital channels.
• Deliver training sessions and share educational resources to help clients maximize service performance and adoption.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat—resolving issues with clarity, speed, and professionalism.
• Monitor satisfaction metrics, usage trends, and feedback to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to support renewals, expansions, and long-term retention strategies.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions, service history, and success milestones to support campaign visibility.
