Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Labor and Delivery Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 31 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Banner Submission Requirements Candidates cannot have an AZ home address on their driver’s license. Include a copy of DL with submission. Use the Banner cover page and ensure it’s 100% accurate. Vet all locations, shifts, and departments the traveler is willing to accept. List all options to help speed up presentation. Start date must align with or be very close to the order start date. RTO : Must be under 7 days, listed on the cover page, and not allowed during week 1 or on holidays. List all facilities / states the traveler will consider (e.g., “Any AZ,” “Any CO,” “Any state”). Ensure all departments the traveler is open to are checked on the cover page. Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept. Inform us immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.
