Electronic Warfare Specialist

Job Description As a Radar Repairer with the U.S. Army, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of sophisticated surveillance radar equipment used to detect enemy artillery and mortar rounds.

The job involves analyzing technical data and identifying issues related to radar and computer electronics, then performing maintenance and repairs to ensure proper functioning.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and reporting any malfunctions or unusual occurrences.

Technical Skills :

Knowledge of radar and computer electronics principles

Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks

Understanding of math and physics concepts

Required Qualifications Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Benefits Training and Certification :

10 weeks of basic training and 37 weeks of advanced individual training

Nationally recognized certifications in radar and computer electronics, maintenance and repairs, and math and physics

Other Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential for success in this role.
