Key Responsibilities

Provide customers a seamless support experience

Follow up with customers post-enrollment to ensure continued value from their coverage

Assist customers in navigating the healthcare system using proprietary tools

Required Qualifications

Licensed insurance agent

Experience with Healthcare.gov or state-based exchanges

Experience using Zendesk

5+ State Licenses

Knowledge of ancillary insurance products
