WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR RETAIL SALES SPECIALIST

Enjoy flexible shifts within our business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, all while being part of an exciting and dynamic environment. This Position will require travel between the Albuquerque and Santa Fe offices.

As our Retail Sales Specialist, your day starts with dispatching from your home and heading to a job site where you'll engage with homeowners, present our high-quality products, and demonstrate how they can enhance their living spaces. You'll handle the entire sales process, from the initial presentation to first-call closes, guiding customers through their decision-making process and negotiating final terms. Your success is built on achieving sales goals and consistently closing deals, all while providing an exceptional customer experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
