Crew Leader

Pay Range : $31 - $40 per hour

Sign-on Bonus : $1,000

As a Crew Leader, you'll oversee tree care operations, including pruning, removals, and cabling / bracing on both residential and commercial properties. Requires 5+ years of experience in tree care operations and the ability to lead a team safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Lead tree care services on-site
• Operate equipment like lifts, saws, and grinders
• Ensure safety and client satisfaction
• Maintain equipment and communicate with clients

Tree Climber

Pay Range : $23 - $30 per hour

Sign-on Bonus : $1,000

As a Tree Climber, you will perform tree removals, pruning, and preservation. Requires 2+ years of climbing experience. This role is essential for ensuring safe tree operations and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities :

Groundsman

Pay Range : $18 - $24 per hour

Groundsman assist with tree pruning, removals, stump grinding, and more. Requires 2+ years of experience in tree care operations. This role ensures site safety, equipment operation, and effective communication with the team.
