Position: Corporate Attorney - Partner-Level
Location: San Antonio, TX

A highly regarded Texas-based law firm is seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join its well-established corporate, business, and banking practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a partner-level attorney with a strong foundation in commercial law and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.

The firm is looking for a Corporate Attorney who is comfortable advising clients on a broad range of transactional and governance matters. You'll work closely with business clients on sophisticated legal issues involving corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
  
• 10+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate and transactional matters
  
• Deep understanding of corporate and business law principles
  
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganizations, capital raises, and complex entity structures
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  
• A client-focused mindset and the ability to develop or maintain a book of business are a plus
