The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 2 -4 years of full-stack software engineering experience to join our team.

What You'll Do

Build the core simulation platform.

Create realistic containerized environments for AI agents to complete software engineering tasks.

Design evaluation scenarios by defining meaningful tasks, grading criteria, and workflows that reflect real-world engineering practices.

Develop a high-quality software product using full-stack skills.

Establish engineering standards, including CI / CD, testing, monitoring, and scalable processes for code quality and reliability.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves :

Experience leading and building highly complex software projects from end-to-end.

Experience building, designing, and maintaining continuous integration / continuous deployment processes.

Ability to solve highly complex algorithm problems.

Fluency in Python and TypeScript (React) .

Education :

A degree in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science .

Soft Skills :

Strong collaboration skills in a small team setting.

Location

We are located in San Francisco. While on-site is preferred , we will consider exceptional remote candidates.
