Key Responsibilities

Provide coaching and training to EPC partners and sales representatives

Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to understand partner needs and improve product experience

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Service, or Account Management Support

BS / BA degree preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred

Proficiency in Google Suite and chat support systems
