Allen Blasting and Coating is looking for a Sales & Estimator who wants more than just a desk job with emphasis on salesyoull be part of the link between our field crews, our operations team, and our customers. What Youll Do

  • Create and manage leads, follow up with current and past customers in your area, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Perform cold call visits, emails, and calls. Map out sales routes to sell to new customers in your area.
  • Conduct site visits, perform takeoffs from onsite / blueprints, and prepare bids and proposals for review.
  • Pull together all the moving partsscope, specs, material pricing, equipment pricing and schedule of workinto complete bid packages.
  • Work side by side with managers to make sure we deliver exactly what was promised.
  • Present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to leadership.
  • Maintain sales tools (Construct Connect, Industry Select, Dynamics, etc.) to keep business flowing.

What Were Looking For

  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player, and drive to succeed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or trade background is a plus.
  • 3+ years of sales experience (construction or industrial services preferred).
  • Be willing to travel extensively.
  • Knowledge of industrial coating and lining processesor the willingness to dig in and learn.
  • Ability to juggle multiple bids at once without dropping the ball.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office suite and modern sales / CRM tools.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.
