Role Overview

The data replication engineering team focuses on maintaining and enhancing the TiCDC project, pivotal in extending the distributed database ecosystem of TiDB. We are determined to explore cutting-edge research, craft detailed technical documentation, and implement new features that enhance our products. Our mission is to design a robust dataflow computation architecture that guarantees data replication correctness, high performance, fault tolerance, and model stability.
