Job description

We are seeking a skilled Foreclosure Customer Service Rep. to handle incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages. You will work with vendor-related software and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Title :   Customer Service Rep. (Foreclosure)

Pay :   $19 - $20 / hourly

Location :   North Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming calls from borrowers about defaulted mortgages.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to resolve borrower issues.
  • Maintain a pleasant, professional voice and use proper grammar during calls.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Prior foreclosure experience REQUIRED .
  • Call center experience.
  • Above-average typing and computer skills.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management.
  • Team player with great communication skills.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Excellent attendance record.
