What We Offer Competitive base salary ($150,000 - $200,000 DOE) + production bonus Profit-sharing / gain sharing opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO and flexible work weeks CE allowance + paid CE days Coverage for license, dues and liability insurance What We’re Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) from an AVMA-accredited institution Active California State Veterinary License DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) Maintain current Continuing Education requirements for the state of California Committed to ongoing personal growth and assisting the development of others Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a DVM Your Role as an Experienced DVM Lead medical and surgical cases with full diagnostic support (digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental suite, and more) Mentor and develop new graduates, helping them build confidence and skills Leverage our high staff-to-doctor ratio, ensuring you can focus on providing high quality medicine to patients Collaborate with an experienced team in a culture that prioritizes both quality medicine and work-life balance If desired, potentially step into leadership or Medical Director responsibilities, with profit sharing economic upside Also Hiring : Associate Veterinarian (New or Recent Graduates Welcome!)
